What we collect

• The email address you give us, so we can send you your order.
• Your order: carrier, area code, quantity, amount paid, and the numbers delivered to you.
• Your IP address and the approximate location it points to.
• Your browser, device type, operating system, screen size, language and time zone.
• How you reached the site, such as the page that linked to it and any campaign tags in the link, and how you used it, such as which carrier you chose and whether you started checking out.
• If you arrive by clicking one of our Google ads, the click ID Google adds to the link.
• A cookie named ntp_sid that recognises your visits for up to 180 days. It isn’t used for advertising.

What we don’t collect

Your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we only see the card brand, the last four digits and the country that issued it.

How we use it

To deliver your order and email you its details, to stop fraud and misuse (including blocking repeated failed payments), to answer your questions, and to understand and improve how the site is used.

Who we share it with

Stripe, to take your payment; their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy. The suppliers who activate your number receive only the area code needed to do it, not your email or payment details. If you came from one of our Google ads and then place an order, we tell Google Ads that the ad click led to an order, with the time and amount, so we can measure our ads; we don’t send Google your email, name or card details. We don’t sell your information.

How long we keep it

Records of how the site was used are deleted after 24 months. Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax, but the IP address, location, device details and ad click ID attached to them are removed after 24 months.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email alala@gmail.com. We’ll reply within 30 days. We may keep what we’re required to keep by law, such as records of payments.
