Numbers we can’t deliver

If a number can’t be activated, we refund what you paid for it to the card or account you paid with. You don’t need to ask. If only some of the numbers in an order fail, you’re refunded for those numbers and keep the rest.

Refunds usually show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Numbers that were delivered

Once a number has been delivered, meaning its phone number, account number and transfer PIN have been shown to you, the sale is final. The line has already been activated for you and can’t be sold again.

If a delivered number doesn’t work

If the account number or transfer PIN is rejected when you try to move the number, email alala@gmail.com within 7 days of your order. Include your order reference, which starts with NTP-. We’ll correct the details, replace the number or refund it.

Orders you didn’t finish

If you left before paying, nothing was charged. Card checks that didn’t go through are released by your bank.
